Hi Ditch. Barron's ran a story on Europe's economy picking up later this year. GE depends on Europe for a little over one third of its sales and its been doing a nice job selling assets in its financial division. OT: Just got back from visiting California. I started one day in S.F. with a morning temp. of 55 and ended the day at Nevada City where the afternoon temp. was over 100. Quite a range for just a few 100 miles. I love the diversity that California offers (not just in temp). While in S.F. my days where non stop and then for the second part of my vacation, staying at Nevada City where activity is slower than watching grass grow. On the west coast, crops are growing full steam while on the east side of California it appears that growing season is just kicking in due to light rain fall. Good to be home. Going on a few more trips soon.
