Bp really starting to whine about coming up lawsuits and possible large settlements, could Atp be one of their major worries, I think so ,sure its a wild card,but with a sympathetic jury,the award could be astronomical,which Bp would not want to fight because there are just to many suits to fight and if they did fight it they might be facing treble damages,whats 3 to 4 billion to Bp anyway they also know with all lawsuits behind them,thier share price will sky rocket.They have the money ,I am sure Atp has the lawyers salivating to get this suit to trial.
