HWP as a buyer is a logical idea.

I like Fiserv as a candidate to acquire SFNB. They already sell the VFM product to their clients, and they understand the business of selling the software outright, or selling a turnkey software and service bureau solution like SFNB has set up.

However, this speculative line of thought does not mean I am buying the stock in hopes a takeover will materialize. Too murky an outlook for me.
