I think you're giving the moron Bush TOO much credit. I don't think he was some sort of Machiavelli that wanted to shift wealth to the rich. He was an IDIOT that just wanted to emulate the last Republican that appeared successful. That was Reagan. When you start trying to make these guys into "Super Villains" you're just giving them a lot more prestige than they really deserve. We've had a LOT of idiot Presidents and even more idiot Senators and Congressmen
