I'll second that motion Mike. Let's repeat what we got here. A stock with 100-200K earnings is able to acquire a company that is doing TEN TIMES that amount by merely doubling the outstanding shares. Short positions weren't even in my thoughts. Pardon me for wanting a little more info, but nobody likes to get blindsided....After all it is Dec 7th, ain't it. TG
