I give Bush no credit at all, but I think you can be stupid and evil. I always felt Bush had a sort of criminal mind. And that he is an elitist. Look at his privileged life. He could never think a big enough thoughts to question his elitist ideas.

Yes, he was a Dumbo, but he ran with an evil crowd (the neo cons) that got him (and us) into so much trouble his dad had to rescue him with his establishment Republican's Baker, Gates and Snowcroft.

Bush was trying to steal Iraq's oil. He was just inept at it, like everything else he did in life.
