No, that's not what I said. I said that single mother's living in the projects on welfare are not, for the most part, going to produce male kids that have a good chance at economic success because of the lack of working male role models.

I agree that single mothers with jobs and strong family and social ties in "villages" ( towns with middle class values) can succeed in raising male kids--and Obama and Clinton are examples of that .
