| | | | Thanks Roman,looked up Motley Rice one of nations largest litigation law firms over 70 lawyers and hundreds of support staff specializing in the type of case such as Atp represents.It appears that they have been working on this case for some time,so for those naysayers that say no law firm would want to take the case on, its evident that your wrong,with a jury trial Atp will be awarded damages,now the question is how much? I am sure that this firm will go for the throat,not looking for peanuts here.It does look like September will be the second phase of clearing the remaining lawsuits.I can see why some would like to see Atp ground to powder Why? because they have sold all their shares,they may have thrown away a winning lottery ticket.,I will hold onto mine,you just never know when the dice are thrown. |
