What you cited was a recent report that was designed to make US costs look higher than they are.

I'm sure you can google plenty of other examples.

And it worth noting that almost no one in the country pays the "billed" amounts. It is just a totally bogus comparison. Anyone who chooses to can have a baby, anywhere in the country, for less than 15K, including complete prenatal visits & labwork.

If you want ultrasounds to post on facebook, there is an extra charge.
