I believe the right says pull yourselves up by your own bootstraps. I at least acknowledge we should be spending hundreds of billions of dollars in rebuilding infrastructure in our decaying urban areas. Talk about a a revitalization and multiplier effect on so many levels. As to welfare/food stamps, section 8 housing they should all be dismantled. I feel we must assist our children, the elderly,the sick and the disabled when needed.
