Wouldn't have to worry about resale.. My twenty and fourteen year old would use it... but then again they just are not safe on the roads.. way too slow and illegal on bike lanes and sidewalks.. starting to be vigorously enforced now.. I guess we could always ban cars in the city.. many without businesses would love that and in winter.. well we could just shut down and all go on federal pogey :O) A real motorcycle at least has acceleration to get out of some jams..
