Daid K. -&- All... can someone explain to me --- a company who is looking to either merge or sell... as explained by the president, to inhance the value of the company which he feels is undervalued.Also as he said he feels this will probably take place "BEFORE" the holidays.. Well we've had "Thanksgiving", so he must have meant "XMAS".. That being the case can someone explain "WHY" would they elect to sell their own personal stock at the time when this is to take place.
