Id like to write Judge Isgur. His job is to allow companies to become solvent again, not to sell off its assets. With a large settlement in the oil spill, and Clipper producing revenue, ATP should stand on its own feet and pay off all its creditors. I thought Clipper alone would allow ATP to pay off all its creditors but maybe Im wrong.
Does anyone feel the same way about this? I know ATP can be made solvent again. There are those who want to buy ATPs assets on the cheap, and I want tot ell the court that its their responsibility to prevent this from happening as long as there is an opportunity for ATP to become solvent again. I thought with Clipper this was a done deal. Of course there are other revenue streams, other wells, which are producing which can possibly supplement their revenue I hope.
