18 3/8 was an intraday high so we should stick with beating the intraday high of 18 3/8 with an intraday high exceeding 18 3/8. Matching 18 3/8 is not a win. The submittals should indicate AM or PM. If there is only one prediction for the day AM and PM are ignored and the poster wins the bottle of wine. Submittals have to be in before the first market opening after Dec 15. (Belanger 12/15 is still alive.) These rules are issued for comment but will take effect midnight eastern time Dec 10 1997 unless altered prior. Texas Dude will have the final blessing on the rules of the bet. Do we have a volunteer for taking submittals? Who did it last time? Zeuspaul
