Hopefully Democrats are smart enough to keep hammering away on this issue of climate change. This is one of those issues that's good politics as well as good for the planet. It is undeniable (except to Republicans I suppose) that the effects of global warming are harming more and more people, and that it's harder for people not to begin to connect at least some of the dots. And with more and more of the younger generation accepting climate change and global warming as real phenomenon, by pounding this issue, the Democrats are setting the table for picking up a whole generation of voters.
