Exactly. I am trying to determine from the city's statistics how many of its residents on a percentage basis were living under the poverty line prior to the revitalization plan being implemented in 2008 and how many on as percentage basis after it was completed. We know that 29.5% of its residents were officially poor in 2009. We need to know what that percentage is now now to see if the business investment has made any difference in the poverty percentage of E. Palo Alto residents.
