Wow!! That is a major "WTF!"..

So who issued all of those stock certificates of restricted stock, if it wasn't a Transfer Agent? If they issue stock, they should retain the records, even if not being paid as they know that, eventually, they will get paid in order to bring the company's stock into regulatory reporting requirements.

I mean, what business do they have issuing out shares if they are not keeping track of who they are issuing them to and whether they are authorized to be issued??

I remember getting my Certs around 2002, or 2003 (have to check).. with a 144 stamp on them..

Surely DTCC should have a record of all trading in GRNO, as they apparently do with all other stocks..
