Taking positions based on foregone conclusions is living life according to dogma.

Individual living experiences are as diverse as there are individuals in the world's population of over seven billion people. Insisting on a foregone conclusion of objective sameness between and among individuals contradicts the very notion of diversity. Biological and existential differences exist. The individual experience of the tough as well as the sensitive, of the dominant as well as the minority, of the successful as well as the needy, of the career oriented as well as the home oriented are all equally valid. Insistence on universal conformity of viewpoint leads to a fundamental cognitive dissonance in relation to individual experience.

Dogma is at the core of gender politics, race politics, generation politics, economic politics, moral politics, global politics, collective politics, etc insisting upon an attitude of conformity. Conformity proclaimed as normal and sane by the alter of media and turnkey partisan positions is conformity to dogma.

If you subscribe to the given partisan positions of either left or right wing politics exclusively you cannot with any authenticity claim to be free of dogma or script.
