This town is on the upswing. Dabbling in data and trend graphs is something that only bureaucrats do. I drive by very often and I notice developers busy at work building new condos and townhomes. And all that started after the surrounding Bay area communities like Palo Alto, Atherton, Menlo Park etc. which are very rich realized that they cannot have an oasis of poverty and crime amongst their midst. This is a far cry from what some of our current politicians led by Rand Paul are pushing for which is "what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine."
