The ganouch doesn't have enough garlic, but the garlic's cooked; so the decision is between adding some un-cooked, or cooking some, and I say to MJ, "Isn't it nice, we're past garlic powder?" Yeah. It is. Haven't used that...crap*...for fifteen years and would rather die first.
