The problem is, you don't know if they are crook until they prove themselves to be crooks. To draw an analogy, if you know you are going to marry a woman to whom you will divorce in a few years, will you still marry her? The problem is, you don't know she is a bit*h until she proves to you she is one. By then it is too late. Ben, One may look at the history of management in terms of insider selling and other relevant factors. It is a little more difficult to document the history of the woman you plan to marry. However, you can have a more detailed interview with that woman first. Not so with company management. I am not sure this post is constructive in anyway since the woman and management may change their behavior <VBG> Glenn
