I am no expert on this one. Here is a recent article that discusses the "Bear" case on the stock.

I posted this last night with some additional thoughts why I am bullish. I like the future sector growth and many emerging technologies I believe make these properties more valuable.

I think DLR is one low risk way to play the "cloud" computing growth boom. I am searching for other too.
