unions killed jobs in the North. No one could afford to build anything with union construction costs, believe me I was a commercial contractor from 1970 to 2005. The union guys would bytch why no one bult any more I told them it was because of you. I watched 8 union guys take 2 8 hour days to do what one of my guys did in an hour and I could do in 20 minutes that's 128 man hours vs one. who can afford that bullshit. one of the companies I contracted with built 10 'stores' one was in Michigan, heavy union town. They said it would take over 250 years to recoup the union construction costs for that one 'store' the unions killed jobs
