The ASND-CSCC merger was announced on a Sunday evening - after a Saturday BOD meeting, I believe. The COMS/USRX merger was announced during the middle of a week after trading hours I believe. We likely need more data on merger annoucements to get a trend<G> An aquisition of ASND during the middle of the night is fine with me too:-) Glenn
