Mr. Metals: I must be missing something on WPUR. Here are my questions?
They have only 60k in cash and plenty of debt, restructured into
preferred convertibles and warrants.
How will they be earning money in China? They are consultants and are providing no product or ongoing service.
The $1 MIL that they are reporting that will be paid by the Russians is not specified if that is profits. Even if it is it would be worth $1mil. divided by 28mil. shares. Not much in other words. Oh yes 28 mil shares after the warrants and the preferreds are converted.
How is the common going to go up with warrants convertible at .75/share flooding the market?

Just some concerns about WPUR. Thank you.
