The main thing that bugs me now is a balance sheet that went from roughly 10B in cash and 10B in debt to 3B in cash and 21B in debt. That said, I just saw another SEC Form 4 which shows that the COB (Moffett) also bought a MILLION shares on the open market over the past few days. 2.5 million shares purchased by two execs at the top over the past month or so.... What might they know??? Deepwater drilling about to pay off big or just long term buy and hold???
