MVPH announced they were taking the 4 million shares and distributing them to PRTI shareholders. They did, in fact, do just that. They also said Mr. Puhr or RMIL had no legal claim to the shares.

Michael Burg the president of MVPH told me Mr Puhr did not have any power of attorney, or stock powers giving him the ability to assign that certificate to anybody. The original certificate was made out to PRTI (#2005), not Mr Puhr.
