I think your idea with Borland is a good one...especially talking to someone in Investor Relations if they will speak with you.

With respect to the example I provided earlier, it's alot of work if you don't know anything about the company. However, if someone has been following a company for a while they might have much of this information already..at least that's what I was thinking. Using IFMX as an example, I think any number of us could have done something similar with that at this point. Obviously, not a good candidate since it's already been done on that thread and there has been more than enough discussion there. But my thoughts were that if someone was willing to be the initial sponsor of a stock then that person might have the history and the reasons why they believe this is a good candidate which could provide the starting point for our analysis.
