What Wilson has proven, ants have checks and balances on growth, it has been demonstrated to an algorithms, and ensures they keep they don't get to big or to small. How his discovery of ants he calls "Super Colony" ants(there variety varies) he studied found the fatal/lethal flaw/ thy are programmed for growth ONLY, and INVARIABLY they grow themselves in collarse/chaos /destruction . He then, i believe correctly, that the human species has now same flaw, and unless they , with intellect, counter it. The Human Race is DOOMED to its own destruction.
i state , because of the inherent rapacious nature of TPTB, man is doomed.
"The built in self destruction" within Capitalism, is fully developed and and rules, destruction is the ONLY possibilty.

i have seen via your source and E.O.Wilson elucidate on what i believes to are future in 1992---so am satisfied
intellectually to see my own beliefs coming true---but i take no satisfaction in the tragedy it spells.
