FMK, thanks for the analysis. My brief response is that I don't think VLNC will bring up more than one high-speed line at the same time. ULBI has plenty of factory floor space to add more lines as they need to. But I don't know what the lead time of adding more lines is, so maybe VLNC has an advantage of having the capital to buy multiple lines up-front, while ULBI has to get some revenues in from production to pay for more lines. I will check my notes and give the co's a call to see what I can dig up on this issue.
