1. La nueva compania se denominara JEM III SA (The new company will be
called JEM III SA (sociedad anonima, basically a corporation))
2. JEM III SA celebrara contratos con los trabajadores el dia viernes
31/10/97. (JEM III will have contracts with the workers in place 10/31/97)
3. JEM III SA se compromote reconocer las prestaciones sociales adquiridas
in el corriente ano, a los trabajadores de Barons Internacional que se
queden laborando con la nueva compania.JEM III pledges to recognize the
social benefits (employment benefits) acquired in the current year, to the
orkers of Barons International that keep working with the new company)
4. La edad minima para contratar: 18 anos (The minimum age to sign a
contract is 18 years)
5. JEM III SA elaborara nuevos carnet de identificacion a los trabajadores
que firmen los nuevos contratos.(JEM III will give new id cards to workers
who sign the new contracts)
6. JEM III SA tratara de resolver los problemas de los trabajadores a
manera individual. (JEM III will try to resolve the workers problems
individually)
7. Todos trabajador que firme contrato con JEM III SA cumplira con las
normas de la nueva compania y por las estable cidas en la legislacion
vigente. All workers who sign a contract with JEM III will follow the rules
of the new company and those established in the responsible legislation in
forcer.
8. JEM III SA se compromete a respetar las leyes de Nicaragua actualmente
vigente. JEM III pledges to respect the Nicaraguan laws in force.
