Rickhammer, could it be the wells have been choked back to artificial levels to make it easier for the judge to approve the 363 sale,if so that would be fraud, and would put the Dip and the court in a very bad light,with all the hanky pankey that's been going on with the Dip and Atp I think it would behoove the judge to review all aspects of this Bk,many eyes are watching what the court does now.
