Hi Rat; Sorry, The EPA chiefs are not climate scientists. They are not unbiased. Like any other bureaucrat, they have a natural inclination to make their department more powerful by extending its reach. If they read the literature, they'd know that the debate is swinging in the direction of global warming not being much of a problem. What's more, US emissions are being dwarfed compared to the rising middle classes of the rest of the world. Like it or not, CO2 levels are going to continue to rise for the next 50 years. -- Carl
