take a giant whiff of federal/state/local finances.. you see billions and trillions in debts piled up like a giant heap of manure .. this is result mainly of spending waste , aid to hostile foreigners, unnecessary departments, and wildly optimistic assumptions on pension and health benefits. as a result you are now seeing furloughs of some gov employees and programs.. you also see police in steady decline.. what are you going to do when some gangbanger accosts you on the street??? option 1---- try to call 911 on cell phone and wait 30 minutes for a cop to show up while your head is smashed against cement OR option 2----whip the gun outa your pocket and shoot the mofo in the nuts
