Does anyone use Photoshop Elements? I *think they have something called "layers" where you can tweak one part of a photo without changing the other parts (???). That would be helpful to me ... but don't want to lay out the money and be disappointed. Also toying with getting full blown Photoshop, but as I get older I abhor learning new, complicated software. And would probably need a new Mac to run the monster, so price is also an issue. Thinking out loud, thanks for any help.
