If a company is willing to sell out into a new merged firm and receive but 55% of what it had, you have to ask why? And as you said, IF any impropriety occurs THEN the likelihood of any real jail time is low. That coupled with the ability to return to one's Mother/FatherLand has to be considered. Other than the above, this is a great opportunity. My intensity for this stock willl vary directly with the ability to obtain answers to those questions. TG
