To all: I last asked Dick at Maxam a few weeks ago about Turtleback. No change to the basic picture, namely that they're in the process of getting a market maker set up and applying for a listing. I don't think you have to worry about it suddenly coming out for trading and missing the action as there will probably be some prior publicity & notice on it. Over one bliion shares o/s fully diluted (yes, Billion). I asked if they'd do a reverse stock split so as not to make the price per share ridiculously low, and he said there's no talk right now but maybe later on they'll consider it. Perhaps they'll wait until Maxam gets into production so that they can springboard off that, who knows? If it comes out before Maxam's in production and the DDs are still depressed, the stock should be worth a cent or less, IMO.
