Pete,

It is obvious to me from reading your posts this week that the ABTX presentation at the Dain Bosworth Conference had the same impact on you as it did on myself. I was first attracted to ABTX based on its chart pattern, and concluded that the potential bottom that was forming (when it was at 2-2 1/4) could take it to $7, which I shortly thereafter revised upwards to the low teens. It was mostly a technical opinion. Since that time, I came to realize that ABTX was much more than just a chart break out play. During the past year, management has shown me that are very capable of executing their business plan. In a word, I liked the company very much.

However, it wasn't until I heard and met with Johnny Thomas that it really jelled for me, (and for you, as I noted in the beginning) how GREAT a company ABTX is going to be. I am not quite sure if you and I have done an adequate job in relating how truly impressive Johnny Thomas was at the Conference. He is highly motivated and sharply focussed on the task of making ABTX the leader in an industry that is still a mostly "Mom and Pop" business. His expertise in all aspects of the business, including technology, management, and growth via mergers and acquisitions, was at once evident, at this meeting. My comfort level increased tenfold, and I have no qualms whatsoever keeping this as a long term hold. I have no intentions of masterminding selling rallies and buying back in on dip. For the nextr few years I will continue to buy at all opportune times. I am sure you join me in saying that ABTX is on the verge of becoming a great company, and already has great leadership, with Dr. Johnny Thomas at the helm.

regards,
glen
