That paper from Callendar proffered a relationship between CO2 and a supposed effect in decreasing the rate of heat loss from radiation. The curve fit appear to be logarithmic. But it's based upon the same demented science propositions as all AGW theory and supposed radiative heating caused by the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere.
