I hope that you have your seatbelts buckled up tight, because it is going to be a bumpy ride.

Maybe for most asset classes even high cost RE in our gateway cities. But not even close in the affordable improved working class single family submarkets selling at ridiculous low values relative to any measure I've ever been trained in. Ignored so far even by the hot hedge fund money plowing in from WS..
