I don't think there's any reason to find out...
There doesn't need to be a reason. We're gonna "find out" one way or another just how ineffective Obama's foreign policy has been thus far.

I prefer that we discontinue the aid, especially given our budget problems, but I can see the reasons why we should continue it. Whichever way we choose, however, needs to be backed by solid principles and policy. Denial doesn't count.
