Greenblatt class notes: I read part 1 and found them pretty good. Even though I don't use the magic formula a whole lot, his " Little book that beats the market" taught me to look at debt adjusted metrics (which take into account the whole capital structure) rather than just market cap based ratios like PE, P/S.
