The BOOB on BOBZ has an update to the information on the company's
website. As I started this subject on the weekend, I couldn't call
the company to get the latest figures. I wanted to get what I had
available to y'all before anyone jumped in on Monday.

Anyway, the BOOB reports the common shares issued and outstanding
has increased to 16.7 million, the public float has increased to
2.5 million, with insiders and close business associates holding
the rest.

The BOOB also reports he was told there are now 11 employees in the
head office and they have signed up 127 representatives in Vancouver
to sell and deliver their products.

Although FSS only mentioned 10 cities for 1998, the BOOB says he was
told the company's plan is for 130 cities by the end of 1998, and 400
cities by the end of 1999.

Although FSS says their profit comes mainly from advertising and
fees from reps, the BOOB says he was told their profit comes mainly
from the markup on the 6000 possible products from their warehouse.

The BOOB said he talked to a member of the company's management team
and was told the reason they hired FSS was to jack the share price
so management could dump a $%^#$%^ load of shares at a high price.
When questioned about this, the management person replied, "but what
company doesn't."

Now you've heard it all from the horse's mouth.
