I have no doubt that GYMM had one or more illegal (mean ole nasty) short. Funny the SEC didnt halt the naked shorts from trading they halted the company with the BOGUS ASSETS !! Does this ring a bell here ? RMIL also has bogus assets ! And you have the gall to suggest the SEC backs scam-like companies with bogus assets on their balance sheets that are behind of their fillings ! (g) I swear...if i hear even one good argument out of a long I'll commend them on it. No luck in the first 24,000 posts ! (g) And lets talk about the boat that Morgan said was being redone. Its SUNK. Kinda like the plans for a short squezze I think. Oh...and how come nobodys mentioned the REGISTERED stock that was filled to be sold last week ?? How much of THAT will soon be flooding the markets. Gary wasnt exactly "tight" with the shares you know.
