Tim,
I don't have any inside info about what is happening between Ledoux and Naxos but liontamer's comment about Naxos recieving data but not yet recieving a signed report does not strike me as odd. If indeed what we have here is Ledoux working with a new propriaraty technology it would not be odd for there to be an ongoing discussion between the two. Even without that it would not be odd for an exchange of prelimanry data. However Naxos could not release any of this data until they gat an offoical release. As I have said before I suspect this may be delayed because Ledoux is still bvecoming comfortable with the process.

As far as the two other labs question. I haven't heard anything definite in regards to this but heard some comments earlier that may serve as background. Any lab is legally responsible for the results they verify. In this case dealing with a new process it might be helpful to Ledoux to have their results confirmed by other labs. The rest of the question is probably just semantics. Ledoux is doing assays. If new labs are being in to work on the samples they will probably recieve material from the same processed samples from Ledoux.
