The Fed, IMO, needs a equity market pull back to entice investors to buy Treasuries so it can decrease the amount of QE treasury purchases it's engaged in. In other words, it needs fear in order to commence it's "tapering" program.. It needs private investors to take it's place in the Treasury bond markets. My .02 worth.. Hawk
