The $1.4 million in payables is offset by $1.8 million in a/r and inventory plus they still have over $1 million in cash above that. The Deferred revenue as a liability will be turned into sales on the P&L. I'm going to start nibbling here. Your buying the business for practically nothing at a $1.3 million market cap and over $1 million cash. stateside
