Haven't seen their transcript posted yet. From the call I got: They are working on getting closer to the wellhead ( cutting out the middle man ), but don't want to talk about it for the next two months. Probably because they are looking at 6 to 9 acquisitions, in a range of 80 million to one billion. Much of their expenditures now will not bear fruit until late next year. When asked about the dividend, ( questioner said he represented clients, and that was where their interest was ), they said they were committed, and although the last raise was slight, that they raised at all should tell him something.
