Great Atlantic Resources (GR-V) plans up to 1:25 share consolidation Aug 7, 2013 - News Release Great Atlantic Resources Corp. has called an annual and special general meeting on Aug. 30, 2013. Included in the meeting, the company will seek approval for a share consolidation at a ratio of up to 1:25 of its share capital from the current issued and outstanding number of 53,820,040 shares. The purpose of the share consolidation is to facilitate further financings and transactions for the company. Shareholder approval of the consolidation shall include conferring discretion on the directors of the company to not proceed with the consolidation. The share consolidation shall be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
