Turns out I don't have to switch to voting for Reps, the CoverOregon online calculator was just plain out to lunch. Proposed rates for health insurance for Oregon were published last month here: oregonhealthrates.org And for me it looks like my rates will switch from $328/month to $332/month but my max annual out of pocket will drop from 20K to 13K. This is for a Bronze plan. So the sky isn't falling after all.
